Looking at the market and hearing the pitch from our current provider, we quickly concluded that we 1) didn't want a middleman between us and the VoIP service provider and 2) needed a partner who could lead/manage this from beginning to end. sipVine blew us away with their presentation and, aside from gathering information from us, they did all the planning, leadership, and management of our transition - every detail - and completed the entire move for 125+ legacy phone numbers, call groups, voicemail, auto attendant, etc. in five working days (including ordering, programming, and installing the phones). All I had to do was sign the porting paperwork. Then, to throw a small wrench in the works, we advised them that we needed their web panel to provide queuing for incoming calls to customer care exactly how we do it today.
