KANSAS CITY, MO: sipVine announces the development and launch of sipRecord, an optional, all call recording platform. The customer can define the type of calls to be automatically recorded. sipVine stores these recordings in our secure data center and the customer has access to them via a web portal.

Call recordings can be viewed in a variety of sorts. Recordings can be listened to immediately from the browser or downloaded for on-site storage, review, or special handling. Recordings can be easily found by searching for elements in the file naming convention. This includes the date, number calling in, number called, and extensions.
